The offer-vs-product distinction is the part most people skip past. I've seen creators nail the content and newsletter and still stall out because their offer describes what someone gets instead of what they actually want. How long did it take you to land on an offer that converted before you found this model?

Thanks for writing this article Stijn. Like most things in life, this seems simple, but simple does not mean easy. :)

As you mentioned in your article, we may not need a large following. With that being said, do you think we need a following at all in today's world? For a one man army, Do you think you could skip social media entirely, and rely strictly on email/cold outreach and just share a portfolio?

A funnel is honestly one if the simplest and yet greatest assets you can build. Some people only have social media account and try to sell offers, or some only have a newsletter. In all cases, having an established funnel is simply superior.
