Imagine two car dealerships.
The first only sells complete cars.
The second sells complete cars and individual parts:
Tires
Doors
Wheels
Engines
Windows
Which one can serve more customers?
The second one.
Not everyone needs a new car.
Some people only need a new tire.
They aren’t going to spend $50,000 when a $200 replacement solves their problem.
Selling online works the same way.
Many creators only sell one high-ticket offer for $1,000 to $10,000.
But not everyone:
Needs all your help
Has the budget for it
Trusts you enough yet
Imagine you help people grow and monetize their audience.
Some people need your entire system.
Others already understand 70% of it and only need help with the remaining 30%.
It makes no sense for them to buy the full program.
You wouldn’t buy a new car because you needed new wheels.
This is why you should break your main offer into smaller, more specific offers.
You can turn your main program into courses and workshops.
Your main program might contain 4 separate sections:
Creating content
Growing your newsletter
Building digital products
Selling a high-ticket program
Each of these sections can become a course that solves one specific problem.
You can do the same with workshops, bundles, or cohorts.
You aren’t creating everything from scratch.
You break off parts of your program, you package them differently, and you sell them for a lower price.
This helps you:
Make more sales
Serve more people
Create more entry points
Turn small buyers into bigger buyers
A smaller offer gives someone a low-risk way to experience your work.
If it isn’t for them, their investment was small.
But if they love it, they’ll be much more willing to buy your higher-priced offers later.
Everybody wins.
You already have the knowledge.
You only need to separate it, package it, and offer it to your audience.
